House signs shown on House-Numbers-Direct are made to order. Your order will be actioned once payment has been received. We reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery cost if the order is returned to us.

Refunds

If you do need to return goods (eg. plaques, number signs, postboxes, newspaper holders) please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your order with details of the complaint.
